          Life with Sophie...The Journey Continues
.Mom:
Robin loves being a mom and wife. Currently she is working part-time in an elementary school using her teaching skills as a paraprofessional in the areas of the Healthroom (puts on bandaids, takes temperature), SpEd (tutors children who have diagnosed learning disabilities) and ELL (Working with 9 kindergarteners of many different ethnic backgrounds who are learning to speak english).  She enjoys her job very much and is grateful that it allows her to use her gifts without taking away time from her family.

Dad:
Jeff is a great dad and husband. He loves making and writing books. He is a book doctor as well as the president and CEO of a Publishing Company called Marcher Lord Press. He is busy editing, critiquing, writing, and doing all ot the administrative details of starting a company. He loves taking the kids on outings and teaching them how to throw, catch, and kick any kind of ball.

Grace:
She is our teen. Wow! Seeing her with Sophie brings back great memories for Robin when she had a little brother who was 12 years younger. She was already a great big sister to Nathan. She continues to work hard to create fun ways to include him in her life. Now she is also amazing with Sophie and such a help to her parents. She is busy doing 7th grade and french horn lessons. She also has lots of great friends. What a blessing she is!!!

Nathan:
Nathan is 8 years old. He is excited Sophie is here. He is the one who can get a smile and a giggle. Sophie thinks he is great. He has a great sense of humor that often has us laughing. He is doing great in his second grade class. But is looking forward to Summer. He loves to sing, and play with the PlayStation3  lego games. He is a great kid.

Sophie:
Her arrival to our family has been something above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for. She has moved into our family easily and smiles and giggles often. She has learned so much in such a short time. One thing that has happened that we never dreamed was getting to be a part of so many firsts for her. We have seen her first teeth come in. We got to see her turn over for the first time and she is almost sitting up on her own. How precious God is to give us this unexpected givt.
